Conveniently located in Hornsby on Sydney’s Upper North Shore, we offer a range of competitively priced audio visual hire packages for both dry hire and with set-up services, with projectors, screens, speakers, microphones and stands to suit a wide range of venues including:

  • Portable pull-up tripod screens up to 120″ / ~3m diagonal size
  • Projectors with up to 7300 lumen output (from our dual lamp Mitsubishi WD8700U) with projectors in hire stock from Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Epson and Hitachi
  • HD, Full HD and WUXGA models with resolutions up to 1920×1200
  • Short throw and custom lens models
  • Powered and battery powered speakers
  • Wireless audio transmitters with ranges of up to 100m

Projector & A/V Hire Packages

Our basic packages start from just $240 per day for:
  • 100″ portable screen
  • Powerful Epson 3600 lumen better than full HD (1920×1200 WUXGA) projector, HDMI cable and HDMI audio extractor
  • 12″ powered PA speaker & stand
  • Wired handheld microphone

Our premium packages are available starting from $430 per day including:
  • 120″ portable screen
  • Epson 3600 lumen HD projector (1920×1200 WUXGA) projector (suitable for use in rooms with high ambient or internal lighting levels)
  • Dual Shure BLX series handheld or headset wireless microphones
  • 2x Microphone Stands (if selecting handheld mics)
  • 8 channel audio mixer (audio hook up for microphone, projector audio and other audio playback sources)
  • A pair of 12″ powered speakers & stands

Upgrade to a pair of Bose S1 Pro portable battery powered speakers for an additional $50 per day.

If you need assistance in setting up, we can provide combined setup and delivery packages starting from just $95.

We stock a large range of specialist audio and video adapters and leads, all available for hire, including analogue to digital video converters, HDMI splitters and audio extractors, wireless audio transmitters and more. Why buy for a one-off use when you can hire for a fraction of the price?!

We can also provide lecterns, projector stands, display podiums and more, and larger lighting packages or sound packages for combined audio visual and event solutions.
