Element ICT started business in 2013 initially as an Information Technology focused business (and that’s still a part of our business today) however quickly expanded to providing Audio Visual and small PA and lighting solutions to local bands, businesses, community groups and events.
Our IT heritage also means familiarity with wireless comm’s and some of the more advanced aspects of entertainment industry protocols such as ArtNet, DMX, A/V over Ethernet and more.
With a team that’s had experience in both Australia and Europe in both the corporate world and as musicians, performers and DJs, and based on growing demand, we decided to further focus on the sound, light and events business and offer both dry-hire and all of event services to the Sydney Metro and Central Coast areas from our ideally located Hornsby location.
Fast forward 6 years, and we now occupy a large warehouse facility in Hornsby and stock a hire range of over 1000 items from speakers, mics, mixers to intelligent lights, entertainment truss, smoke machines, projectors screens and more. We also have a huge range of cables and connectors including specialist cables such as long distance DMX, multicores, Neutrik Powercon connectors and link cables, specialist audio and A/V cables, converters and breakout boxes and much much more. Chances are, if you’ve heard of it, we either have it in stock or available from one of our hire partners.
All of our team are still active performers including regular DJ’ing, vocal performances and band work, so we know what our fellow performers need; what works best, new products and technologies, and best practices gathered across years of performances in all manner of venues from marquees to concert venues, halls, heritage buildings and corporate buildings.
We can now easily accommodate events from 50-3000 people in size and in all manner of venues, and have also built partnerships with other providers across catering, backline hire, event furnishing and more meaning we can plan and manage your whole event as a one stop shop.
